Maori Potatoes. Great for Hangi and in salads; Roast in Jacket, oven bake wedges or chips.
Mature in approx 120 days. Slightly elongated tubers. The skin colour is light brown/purple, and the flesh is cream with a purple flush - when boiled the tubers remain reasonably firm.
